Hello All,

I'm experiencing an issue with IE 5.01 SP2 on Citrix XP (over Windows NT4 TS). The application is published in seamless mode. As a user, when I launch the app, all is well. However, if I minimize the application, the application closes. I've seen a couple of such occurences being logged in other forums, however I have not found any documented resolutions. Terminal Server has SP6.

Anyone experience such a problem.

I'd guess that a Dr Watson is being raised, and that the Dr's notification is switched off.

Try enabling Dr Watson, and see if it gives any further information.

If the error code is c0000005, then use Filemon, and search for instances of Access Denied or File not Found.

I hope this helps

I have experienced this same thing, but with User Manager for domains as a published app. In my case, it appeared that UM closed, but it actually still kept a session open on the citrix server.

The problem appears to be a resolution problem. The app is published seamlessly at 800x600 (corporate standard), but I run my desktop in 2048x1024. If I set my desktop back 800x600, the app does not "close" when I minimize it.

Check to see if there is multiple instances of IE running on the citrix server after it "closes" and if so, this may be your culprit.
