Internet Explorer cannot download from site 64.4.56.250 this seems to be common problem but I could not find an answer.

Are you trying to download an attachment from hotmail?

Have you attempted to download the same attachment with another browser?

I've had this issue with IE, but for some reason, firefox allows me to download the same attachment.

Also, is it just 1 particular attachment or is it all?

It is all attachments, I will double check to see if it just an IE problem.

Did you ever find a solution to this problem? I am having this problem as well, and haven't found a solution yet.

This could be a firewall or proxy server problem also.

In my case, I think it's an IE setting because it's happening on my Citrix server (as well as other servers), but not on any workstations. I've tried everything I can think of and still can't figure it out. Have checked the firewall logs, and it's not being blocked there.
