Internet Explorer 5 not downloading background colors

Interent Explorer does not seem to download any background colors or fonts. I am using Windows 2000. I have tried to upgrade to IE 5.5 but problem still persists.
Netscape works fine.
Does anybody know what is wrong with IE5?

I am having the same problem with IE5 on W2K Pro SP1. Also, it's profile-specific. Other profiles on the same PC don't have this problem.

I thought I may have inadvertently set this when I installed IEAK (Internet Explorer Administration Kit) 5 and began playing with it in order to learn the software. I have been trying to find a setting in IEAK 5 or W2K Group Policies that may have done this but to no avail.

Has anyone else seen this?

Check Tools > Internet Options, Colors and Fonts.
Make sure there's nothing strange ticked in there.
Check Control Panel, Accessibility settings as well. Cheers,

Found the problem. Accessability options on IE properties were checked so as not to download any fonts or backgrounds.
