On my dad's W98 machine his Internet Connection Wizard is disabled. When you try to launch it, you get an error that it has been disabled, contact network administrator.

Any ideas?

Can you open I.E. manually?

If so, just set it up yourself under Tools. [sig][/sig]

Go to Start>Run, type regedit. Navigate to;
HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Control Panel
if there is an entry named Connwiz Admin Lock with a value of 1, change it to 0.

In IE, the Tools has the botton greyed out so you can't access it.

I am betting that regedit will do the trick. Roadrunner installed his software off their CD, and I'm betting that is what caused this.

I will confirm.
