International System Barring

I need to block all users from dialling international numbers and also operators i.e. 100,150,155 & 00.

All sets are CLS = CTD, with a range NCOS values, some 1,5,and 7.

I know that if i make the sets CLS = TLD and the appropriate NCOS value (5)this would bar. But there are over 200 extns and im unable to script any changes.

So is there any other way i can do this without changing each extn.
