Hi there,
Working with Deplhi 2006 (English version) on a XP Pro SP2 machine.
I often write strings (to be displayed on the screen) or comments directly inside a procedure. Since my primary language is french, there's some international character hardcoded (like accent).
Sometimes, I lost all my international characters to be replaced with unreadable character code... Search and replace operation solves the problem but it is very boring...
How to workaround? Is there an option in Delphi 2006 which I can turn on to keep my original characters? I found (on the context menu from code editor) item File Format (default to ANSI) and changed it to UTF8 without results...
Thanks for reply,
