I have a merlin legend that has a T-1 (100dna board)that can make long distance calls in North America fine but I can't make International calls , I get a fast busy.Tel co says they are not restricting.I'm not getting call resricted, or turkey tone from PBX .Any Ideas?

I would have the telephone service provider trap digits to make sure that the Legend is sending a valid international telephone number.

You've got to go to your 011 table and change the call type from I (international) to N (national). In terms of the ISDN call itself, this is expressed as a bit on the D-Channel during call setup. In your situation, altering "the National bit" is the usual trick to solving this.

Check out for details on making this change.

Thanks dagwoodsystems. between your comment and tie to an earlier thread it fixed my problem !JEFFFLEM
