Hello all,

My customer has an SX-200 ICP at site 1, and a 3300 at site 2. Site 1 uses site 2 for its outbound calling (IP trunks). Customer can make local and LD calls no problem. The problem comes when they try international calls. 8 out of 10 calls fail. No trouble making international calls at site 2. LD and Int. use the same ARS route. ARS programming for INT calls is 011 with "unknown" to follow. I can see all the digits leaving site 1 and arriving at site 2, but then calls do not complete. I get a mix of reorder, busy signal, and disconnect. Any ideas?

On the sx200 try enabling the option for No Overlap outpulsing.

This will then require the sx-200 to collect all digits before dialing over to the 3300.

What your describing sounds like a timing issue and this is a good bet.

Another thing to try is to fully define an international call on the SX-200 for testing purposes (0 digits to follow) and see if the problem occurs with the number programmed that way
