International calls denied by AT&T Megacom 2

International calls not completed. All other local, LD, in & out calls good over AT&T ISDN PRI Megacom. AT&T T1 test center gets the call, gets the number dialed, gets the Megacom tag, but does NOT see/receive the "international" tag. Current settings are: The PRI Channels- DIRECTION/Both Ways, BEARER/Any, SERVICE/Megacom. The Special tab- SC/011N; , NUMBER/N , SPECIAL/No Operator , PLAN/International. The Call By Call tab - SC/011N; , NUMBER/N , BEARER/Any , SERVICE/Megacom. The system Short Codes- CODE/9011N; , FEATURE/Dial , TEL NMBR/N .

Any ideas?

In this scenario the SC is recieving 011N from the caller, and sending out not the 011, and only the N, because the number dialed does not include the 011. Try adding 011 before the N in the number field before the N.



 
I have a customer with AT&T LD T1 and they don't want me to send the 011 infront of the number. They want it marked as an international number.

Stoner56 I have mine setup the same way but I don't have anything in the call by call tab.
 
added "011" in system short code Tel Number field to get "011N". and added in ARS Code-N, Feature-Dial, Tel Num-011N, Line Group-3.

all is working now.
