it does not block anything out of the box .
It can restrict calls if the tables are set up properly but theres always a way to beat a system .
if you allow callers to dial a zero or 1010 code and get a live operator whats to stop them from doing a operator assisted call?
Well I'm trying to find where the tables are to restrict international calling. I need to open the ability because no one can make international calls through the PBX even though we've paid for it through our carrier.
Yes, that's what I did. Hmm. I wonder why they can't call out? How does one create the rules for COS 1? Can the COS 1 be edited? I did create and account code that is needed for COS 4-6. Would that have an affect on COS 1?
btw, this was a refurbished PBX. I uploaded my configuration into it when I got it so I assume it erased all the old data from the prior users.
read book cos 1 is wide open don't like giving great detail on this subject there are people out there that should not have this information its deny table for cos 2-6,
3-6, 4-6, 5-6 & 6 make sure ext lock has not been enabled on all exts it also stops toll calls from being made
