International calling question

Having an issue calling international. According to AT&T the T1's need to be set for speech 3.1 audio and I don't see any such settings on the Call Manager. The T1's are connected through a Cisco box using CMM blades.

Is this a T1 Cas or PRI?

This is a PRI connected to the Call Manager through a CMM blade.
 
What exactly is the issue calling international?
What do your q931 debugs show when the call fails?

 
check your route filters for Intern, that was my problem but AT,T had to accept what I was handing off to them. whas such a pain for over 4 months.

The problem is only calling a certain number using an Iridium (special stalite)phone. The problem isn't specific to the Call Manager. It works from another location that has an Avaya system. According to T&T it has somthing to do with 3.1 audio setting.
