having a problem dialing international to UK getting fast busy where can I check besides carrier ? which LD ?

ld 90 for the spn.. or country code... one fast way to check.. when do you get the busy? if i dial, 9180x and get a fast (120 ipm) at the x, the dialed number is not in my switch.. if i dial all digits them get a 120 or 60 ipm, the trouble is not usually on my end...

the determination is do i get the busy after i send them to the provider or do i get them prior to sending the call to my dch or trunk..

all busy signals do come from the local pbx, the far end request that the local to send that signal.. with the old analog trunk days you could trac the station.. now the call path is ack'ed prior to trunk selection..

It's when I dial the complete number thats when I get the busy I'm haveing the user confirm then number

then that number is covered in your ld 95.. one shortcut i use if i have a user that can not dial 01 48 3075 plus, is google for 01 48 3075.. i will usually find another working number in that exchange for testing...
