Internal unanswered calls - Mitel 3300

Hello guys,

I need some help to solve a problem regarding the call logs in one of our Mitel 3300.

I need to get all the call logs from the equipment. We have more equipments connected in other sites.

Now all the logs I can get is Internal Calls Made/Received, External Calls Made/Received/Unanswered. When someone calls from another site we cannot log that call or, if someone calls for another site, same thing.

Any suggestions?? Thanks

I turned SMDR options YES (Internal/external) in COS
