Internal Number Showing as Unknown Number

Good morning,

We have 3 Cisco 7970 phones that share a non DID internal number (10 digit). The number is 1006746334. The number appears on the 3 phones and rings when the zero out option selected from their call handler. This works but when calls ring to the phones, it says "unknown number" instead of "security door" as it needs to. The appearance is labeled "security door" on each phone and the the extension itself. This number is only internal and there is no phone associated with it. It just appears as the second line on the 3 other extensions. Could if just need a translation pattern? CUCM 10.5
