Have anyone ever seen a problem on the MD110 on an ISDN30 line where external calls in via a DDI work fine but if you call the internal ext doesn't answer?

The ext in this case is 57000, if you dial this extension the ISDN line doesn't ring. The stange thing is that if you redial with *** the line then answers?

Is this possibly the ISDN line going into a offline state and then first call is waking up the line?

Any help would be gratefully received.

Hi Gred ..,

I'm not sure about the case that you been through. But can you please check back the syntax in ROCAP, OPTCP and the extension SERV.

I really don't know the cause. But, *** repeats last EXTERNAL call, not last call. It isn't strange that it works well.

What kind of tone you ear in that internal calls?
What about a problem of traffic matrix? Or CDCAT?
