Internal Ghost Calls

We are experiencing a similar issue, User A's extension dials User B's extension without User A initiating the call, usually User B will receive 2-5 missed calls consecutively.

IP Office Server Edition 11.0.4.2
with SCN to a SE 11.0.4.3

I have barred User A from being able to phone User B but that never stopped the Ghost Calls.

1) I dont know how yu think you have bared user a from calling user b but you cannot bar users from making internal calls.

2) have you tried capturing a Systemstatus trace & replaying events

3) what does System monitor say is happening

These are all basic trouble shooting processes that should identify the cause of your errors

I would clear everything except the call tab, and check all that data. That will give you only things associated will any call. This is a call you are trying to trace.

So currently we have an Avaya ASBCE that has a DNS name that is Public, I will try with only the calls Tab and see what we get when they report it happening again.
