Internal ? External? Who knows?

Hi all.
I have a user that answers all external calls to DID 6420 stations when possible, via a call-pickup group. Problem is she is intercepting internal calls as well. Is this possible on CM3?

Why not just put bridge-appearances on her phone. This way she can determine if it's internal v. external?

Thanks for the input.
I tried the bridge-appearances route but the software tells me I can only bridge on to analogue extensions.
I'm currently trawling through the admin manual looking for som inspiration!
