Hi,
I have a client who has just turned to me (Has ditched former SP) for help regarding the error indicated in the subject-matter. The client is running Sage Accpac ERP 500 and this are some of the modules currently installed:

SM, PO, GL (5.3b)
IC, AP, AR (5.3)
SQLSERVER 2000

All ACCPAC Applications are running the latest Service Packs.

The following message is returned by PO during Day End processing:

"Internal error. Document total mismatch (1948 POPORZ1.C)."

I have ran RVSPY and it has picked up an old PO. But I can't delete it since it was partially received.

Any suggestions on resolving this problem will go a long way in securing this deal.

Regards,
SeisaT

If it's an old PO, just delete it from POPORH with a database editor. Or, figure out what the document totals are supposed to be, and use the editor to fix it.

Hi,
I seem to have the same problem- Used a database editor and deleted the entry from POPORH1 and POPORH2. Still no luck.
Are there any other tables whereby the entry should be deleted from?

Any help would be appreciated.

Regards,
Alex.

Use RVSPY to pinpoint the table and record.

Hi,
When using RVSPY - it only makes mention of POPORH. This table does not exist when using a Database editor.

The tables I see with database editor are POPORH1 and POPORH2.

Any further ideas.

Regards,
Alex.

That view splits into 2 tables. It's probably POPORH1. Look at the field numbers.

Hi,
Problem sorted - table was POPORI - which is the temp directory for day-end.
Thanks again for your help.
