Hi,

is it possible to get our internal analog emergency number (222) also to be visible on the attendant console when it's called as an emergency call?

thx

Ruud

I don't know of there is an easier way to do it, but this should work if you have an extra LS and ONS port available.

Change your ext 222 for something else (333)
Connect your available LS and ONS port together.
Create an analog extension with this available ONS port.
Create a trunk with this LS port a put it as the only member of a trunk group.
In the ARS, create an emergency route with that trunk group.
In the ARS Dial Digit, create 222 with 0 digit to follow and the route you previously created.
In the digit mod, delete 3 and insert (333)

So if you dialed 222, it will take the emergency route, take the internal analog extension and dial 333.
