Without getting into too many details of the web I have weaved. I have the need to convert x3051 to x6051 for internal purposes only. I can't use ACD due to display problems. I can't use IDC since I don't need to convert anything incoming. DGT appears to need a route and I don't have a route to supply here since its internal.

Any ideas. Will provide additional infomation if needed (likely).

thanks,
Sean

Create a DMI that deletes 1 digit, and inserts 6.

Create a RLI with LTER = Yes. In Entry 0 reference the DMI you just created.

Build 3051 as a DSC which points to the RLI you just created.

Let me know if you need elaboration for any of these steps.

I think I got it thank you for the tips.

that would work IF you are sending it to a route or an ldid. since you can't use acd.. use an analog port, then use rcfw to forward it to 6051..

i would use a maxp 1 acd and name the acdn..

John,

Building 3051 as a DSC and sending it to an RLI with LTER=Yes, and a DMI that strips the 3 and inserts a 6 will ensure that 3051 is converted to 6051 no matter whether the call is internal or external.
