I am trying to set up a simple CDR report on several internal CDN's pointed to an internal ACD group that I've set up. The Call Center manger would like to see the following information.

The ext# of the person who called the CDN (Originating Ext)
The digits dialed (CDN that is DFDN to my ACD DN)
The Agent ID of the person who answered the ACD (Terminating Ext)
The Date of the Call
The Time of the Call
The duration of the call.

I've turned on internal CDR but I don't get the digits dialed(my CDN that is defaulted to my ACD DN), it only shows me the Originating Extension and the terminating extension but not the CDN that was dialed.

Does anyone know if there is an other way to provide the Call Center Manger with the information that she is looking for?

When you say you turned on your internal CDR, where do you mean? There are two places to do this. One is in the MDR box, ext to ext, and the other is in the set programming, cls icda.

I turned on the Ext-Ext in the MDR box as well as the ICDA in the class of service. I'm getting a CDR record, however it is not displaying the dialed digitis as I would have hoped.
