At this time it appears that all internal calls that originate internally and are dialing x7799 receive dialtone, dial one more digit (any number) and the call is completed to the PRI/ISDN route. All external calls via the PSTN or across a tie route to x7799 appear to be working just fine. After creating an internal call to the x7799 with a call trace, the PBX has a main progress mark that states that one or more digits have been dialed and the system requires more digits. The PRI/ISDN call route has an acod of 20228 and we are using 7799 with ACD and ncfw to 20228.
Any thoughts, ideas or has anyone seen this problem???

7799 with ACD and ncfw to 20228.

make 7799 a dsc, that maxp 1 acd is translating 7799 to the acod but a ncfw acd does not pass the original dialed dn to the tie..

out the acd
the go to 86 and add a rlb
Code:
REQ prt

CUST 0

FEAT rlb

RLI 13

RLI 13

frl 0 give any ncos access, the route would be the same one your using now with acod 20228.,. then go to 87 and add one more line
Code:
REQ new
CUST 0
FEAT cdp
TYPE dsc
DSC 7799
FLEN 4
DSP
RLI 13

that sends the digits to the correct route, not i need to remove that before some tries to call me...

I am receiving an esn0126 error, the CDP data block(cdp-list) does not exist.

John I was able to enable cdp in ld 86 and everything else worked out just as you explained. Thanks again.
