Have Cisco AVID system displaying "External Number" in the number field of Caller ID when getting block call. Is ther a way to program this to say something different like "Not_Available" of just display blank?
I don't know if this is what you need, but there's a setting under Service Parameters that might be what you're looking for. Go to CCMAdmin -- Service -- Service Parameters, click Advanced, do a find on the word Unknown, and there's a field called Unknown Caller ID. You can put your desired text in there (limit of 23 characters), and see if that helps you out...
