Internal Caller ID do not show new name

We have BCM 400 and Call Pilot. We hava new user and I want to change the display name. I change it in the Call Pilot first, ex: from AAA (First) BBB (Last) to CCC DDD. I checked in System Config for this DN and It shows the new name CCC DDD. But when I call internally it still shows ol name as ABBB. Could someone help me?

If it is the extension name you will find it under services----telephony services-----system dns----then active set dns-----then under the extension number on the general tab you see extension name. That is where you need to change the name max 7 characters.

The bit you are looking at on the extension is the mailbox parameter.
