Internal Caller ID do not show new name

We have BCM 400 and Call Pilot. We hava new user and I want to change the display name. I change it in the Call Pilot first, ex: from AAA (First) BBB (Last) to CCC DDD. I checked in System Config for this DN and It shows the new name CCC DDD. But when I call internally it still shows ol name as ABBB. Could someone help me?

You need to change the name on the set as well - services, telephony services, system DN's, active set DN's. Find the extension in question, open it, click on general, and enter the new name (7 character max).
