Internal call forward off site

I'm trying to for an ext(6901) to a 1800XXXXXXX off site. I have tried both ACD DN and phantom DN and they both work if I forward to a local DN using ACOD 9 and LD DN using ACOD 8. 1800 is programmed as an SPN to go out the same RLB that the local calls go out. Any suggestions?

I would Phantom with CLS CFXA, and DCFW 12 1800XXXXXXX
or
ACD NCFW 91800XXXXXXX
or on a phone
CLS CFXA
CFW 12 91800XXXXXXX

1800 is not LD

Tried doing it both ways, DCFW & NCFW. Even tried to CFW from my phone in the switchroom and the only calls it won't forward to are the 1800. Even tried using the ACOD for the route. Just gives a reorder.

Yes. Toll free calls go out fine through the local route. I was thinking something in BARS is stopping it.

You probably already looked at these - but what are your settings for NCOS and KEY xx CFW __ - just a thought.

Go to LD 21

REQ PRT
TYPE RDR
Look at OPT - Find CFF - if you see CFO, then add CFF. It is done in LD15

Do NOT tye YES at OPT - Just type CFF

Ya, I suppose it could. Maybe check the trunks routes for NEDC and FEDC - make them both ETH. That is a start...

The calls are originating from exts on property.

Yes. CFXA is in the CLS.
RDR_DATA OPT is CFF.

I can't understand why all other calls forward out using DCFW & NCFW, just not 1800's.
