Is there any way of with holding caller ID internally using a feature acces code or similar?
If you have hospitality enabled you can set up a clientroom configuration. Please check if you have hospitality (customer options) enabled. If so I can give you a detailed description on how to set it up.
Thankyou for your responce, I have checked on the system and hospitality functions appear on the last page of the command,Change features however ther are no feature access codes assigned to them at the momment.

I would also like to display the caller information. I have hospitality on but not being used at this time. I would really much like the info on how to set this up.
Oh by the way the email address has a underscore between cable and cuy it should be like this cable_cuy the underline is blocking my underscore between the words.
