INTERNAL AUTODIAL W/ HUNT GROUP

on a recently installed mics w/ 5.0 i have a hunt group programmed w/ dn 707. on the central answering position w/ a cap set i have a button programed w/ internal dn 707 so the operator can transfer external calls to the hunt group by pressing the button. feature *0 confirms the progaming but when the operator presses transfer then the button.....nothing happens. any suggestions? thanx

I know that answer buttons cannot be put on the CAP but you should be able to put the internal auto dial DN on the CAP.

You might just try putting the button on the phone itself instead of the CAP.

See what happens there.
