Is there a way to program an internal autodial for an extension at a remote site? One site has exts. in the 2000 range, the other in the 3000 range, and the set won't let you program any ext. at the remote site.

have u tried an external autodial using the VoIP access code and the DN?

You can also try system speed dial to the remote site.

Sounds like you have something in your system using the remote sites lead digit, perhaps a park code, access code or something. If you can find something using the lead digit and renumber it, you should be able to program autodial keys for the remote site.

I don't think it will see it as a valid extension unless your useing a CDP between the sites even then I'm not sure. If not I know the external autodial will work just make it 2xxx or 3xxx.
