Hi all,
My one customer that uses this facility is having some problems following the change to Outlook 365. System is running R10.1 SP7.
On their reception PC running Outlook 365 version 16.0.13127.21668 it works every time without fail. On another machine running 16.0.14026.20308 it does not although Call Assistant pops up the little box. Downgrading this machine to the same version as the reception machine makes no difference. Has anybody encountered an issue like this please?
There are no changes to the Desktop Clients in 10.1 SP8 so really the only option is 11.1. Customer is saying "I want a refund if it doesn't fix my problem"
The upgrade itself is not going to be too much of an issue because they only use one-X. Voicemail is only used for night service announcements so I didn't change it from Embedded when they upgraded to Preferred Ed. I can just remove the existing VM and install the new one.
Interestingly the Avaya documentation says that screen popping is not supported past Outlook 2010 and not at all with Outlook 365 thick client. It works fine on my setup with Outlook 2016.
