We have an Avaya CM 6.2 using mostly 9650 telephone sets. Core is located in the corporate office. About 100 remotes offices located all over the country. We are getting complaints of intermittent one way audio. After the call is established one member of the call will suddenly loose audio. The other person on the call will not realize anything has happened. This just started on Monday. This seems to be just calls that cross over our WAN. No changes to the phone system. No changes to the data network. We can’t find any logs in the CM that show this is happening. Our network team is not seeing any packets dropping.

Any suggestions on how to find this problem? Any reports in the phone system that should be showing this issue? Anything to suggest to our network team?

Nothing to add other than we just started experiencing the same exact issue. Everything was working well up until a few weeks ago. No firmware change or anything like that -- no discrete event to point to.

We have L3 and Zayo, and our colo is Sungard. Who is your WAN Provider and colo host? Maybe there is a commonality.
