Intermittent no privacy on analog trunk

Hello everyone,

I have a issue with IPO 9.1.11 with analog trunk and a mixed up of avaya and nortel phone.

Intermittently, when people dial 9 to get an outside line they come across a customer who is already waiting on hold or in communication with someone else.

All user have the cannot intrude feature enable.

Any hint guys?

never had that, thank goodness

I had it happen that an outgoing call picks up an incoming call because there is a short overlap when the incoming and outgoing call can both occupy the line.

So people dial 9 plus the number and they break into an existing phone call like on a conference call?
