I have a customer whose network is freezing and the aloha pos terminals stop workingin the customer has to reboot all p o s terminals many times to get the system up again.
this wisite is new and only 7 months old with brand new cat 5 e cabling and jacks and network cable length under 100 feet.
the network cabling test fine no anomalies. patch cords patch panel everything's good is well ales electrical everything's on battery backup.
aloha keeps pointing the finger at the cabling ( its certified and new) any suggestions on how to or what to do,
