Intermittent line pickup on BCM50

I have a customer on a BCM50 version 2.0.2.05e and they state that sometimes a caller will call line 1 - it rings a number of times and then they will hear MOH as though someone is picking up the line and placing it on hold. Has anyone ever encountered this problem? The receptionist says she is sitting at her desk and will notice a call on hold without ever hearing it ring and pick it up. It doesn't happen all the time though. Sounds a little buggy but I figure I'd put it out there.
