Interesting Ctrix Problem with Application Access

After adding a legacy version of Office to a Terminal Citrix server, I have found that the office application could not be launched. The message: "Microsoft Access can't start because there is no license for it on this machine". A licensed copy with a proper CD key was installed on the terminal server. Any guidance on the solution of this problem would be appreciated greatly.

That is a known Microsoft Bug. Check out Technet for details. Sorry I cant remember the fix, I last saw that error over two years ago.
