intercom voicemail not activated

Can not leave voicemail for intercom, phone just keep ringing. Incoming calls from outside voicemail works fine.

Can you tell me what system you have please ?
It sounds like the phone is not forwarding for internal calls.

We have hipath 3000, optipoint 500 standard phone.

You can forward internal calls, external calls or both.
Set up the phone to forward internal calls as well on no reply dial *1 and follow the prompts on the screen
Let me know if still a problem
