We have an issue i can't figure out, hoping for some help. The end result of what we're trying to do is essentially 'listen in' on a receiving device without alert the end user. I know the legalities of all of this and we have legal clearance, just trying to now get it setup.
I was able to get an intercom group setup and set the receiving device to auto answer so we're able to initiate the intercom with the end user but the 'issue' we're facing is that there's a short notification sound on the end user's device alerting them to the incoming intercom. Any way we can disable this notification sound?
Alternatively, is there a better way I should be going about this compared to a auto intercom?
