installed a Security System in our building

1. is there an Application that would notify the phone system if an Alarm happens?
Ring Down?
2. is there a Voice Mail (Audix) Application that would send a Notification to your Cell Phone you have a Message
with another system, we could notify a "Pager" if you had a Voice Mail

About Off-premise Notification

You can program the Voicemail system to call you at a phone number, an extension, or a pager when you have a message. If the destination type is Phone, you must assign start and stop times. Off-Premise Message Notification begins at the start time. Set the start time for the time you are at the destination phone number, so you are there to receive your calls.

Google dpstele . We use their netguardian devices to do notifications. Super easy to setup and can trigger based on contact closure (prob what you need), snmp traps, or failed pings to "ping targets". We have a isolated network with no internet or outside capability so we're unable to use traditional device/lan/wan outage alerts like solarwinds, etc... Their voice alert feature calls a list of cellphones in order and any recipient can "acknowledge" the alert and stop the system from continuing down the list.
