Intercom not working on new extension. CO is ok.

I had a guy come in to add 2 extensions to our Electra Elite 192. One works just fine. However, extension 237, a NEC DTU-8D-2 desk phone doesn't work on the intercom. I can't get the guy back, and I just want to complete this one task for now because the phone belongs to the Asst. Principal and she really needs it.

I've looked at the programming manual on the web, but I can't figure out where to begin.

Can you help me out?

Well, if the one works just fine, try copying the settings from the working one to the non-working one. LK6-4

Thanks for the tip!

Since posting this thread I was able to download the Elite lpk manual and teach myself about memory blocks, etc. It was very scary at first, but now I think I've got the idea and I feel confident enough to try it.
