Intercom name display

I have searched this and can't seem to figure it out.
I have added users to an intercom group but when I intercom their extensions their names don't come up ( just their 2 digit code).
I totally out'd their names and put them back, that didn't work. I also chg'ing in ld 95 but at the DIG prompt I try to put in 2 27 and I get the CPND does not exist error code.

I tried using new and it said something like cpdn already exists...or something like that.

i've never used it but it tested.. might need to prt cpnd to see if there is a gate opener
