Intercom is only one-way conversation

Hello all-
I have a user who can't talk when someone calls her from the DIG. Everyone else in the DIG can have 2-way handsfree conversations. She can hear the caller's voice, but cannot respond. Here is her printout:

She is not in a DIG voice group, look at KEY 02 DIG 2 3 R

The R is for RING not VOICE. I don't believe she is in the same group as the others that you say can have a two way conversation. All members in a group must all be the same, all VOICE or all RING but you can't mix them.

If it still doesn't work you will need to change your CDB option under FTR opt HVA
