Bare with me guys, I just got a new job and the company I am with has a Nortel system, I am coming from a 3Com NBX 100, so I don't know all the Nortel jargin. Basically here is my problem, I don't know if it is system wide or a phone issue but I have user that is setup for outside calls to ring in to her phone, if she takes a call and places that call on speaker or intercom if additional calls come in they over ride the current call? Basically the phone still rings for all outside lines and cuts off the person speaking? Is there anyway to turn that off system wide or on each phone? I did a search but not knowing the actual terms makes keyword searching tough. Thanks
