Anybody out there got opinions on the offerings of Interactive Intelligence CIC system.

What are the good points?

What are the bad points?

From a day to day maintenance of the system BSOD has been mentioned on historic forums from 10 years back - have things improved on this system.

Any help and advice would be good.
