Inter-Tel Phone System Axxess Model 8520 Help

Hi,

I have no idea if I am in the right forum so sorry if I am not. I have a very old phone system at work Inter-Tel Axxess Model 8520 and I am trying to work the features.

Does anyone know how to access the Directory, add/delete extension
Does anyone know how to program the phone. I have a co-worker who moved offices and brought his phone to the new office it does not show his name and extension. It is showing up as the another extension. How do I program his information into his phone to work?

FYI the Axxess is not a 'very old phone system' and the 8520 are newer phones from before Mitel bought Inter-Tel.
