I have an Intertel Axxess phone system and I am looking for assistance
in with caller ID.

Here are the specifics of the system:

The cabinet has the following cards:
DKSC 16+
LSC
CPC
EVMC

The CPC is running System version 8.200 and there are no plans of
upgrading.

The phones are Inter-Tel model numbers 8520 and 8560

There are 6 analog lines (all with Caller ID, stuck a CID box on each
line and called it to verify) coming into the LSC.

I have changed Suppress Outside Party Number to No (In
System\Maintenance\SMDR)
Under System\Premium Features\Advanced CO Interfaces is set to Yes
Under System\Devices and Feature Codes\Stations\<station>\Flags\Display
Outside Party Name is set to Yes
(The help file says System\Devices and Feature
Codes\Stations\Local\<station>\Flags I do not have a local group)

What else do I need to set in order to see CID information on the
phones?

Also What needs to be set to set up an outgoing mask? (We would like
to have our main number show up on external CID's as our main number
no matter what trunk line get's used as an outbound call)

Check you trunking type..
But all other flag look fine.
You state that you have a 16+ and that should support ANI for the 16 stations but I would check on that. You may need to get a DSP on you CPC.

Again program looks right but check DSP resouces.

I went to System\Devices and Feature Codes\Trunks\<trunk>\Service Type
and changed it from None to Caller ID on each trunk...

Thanks for your help.

I still am in the dark about an outgoinf mask though...

Sorry to be more specific if I was using Cisco Call manager I could set Caller ID DN to 410-555-5555 for all trunk lines or 410-555-xxxx (xxx being the extension)

Under the Station.. look for calling party number and enter it there.

Glad to help
