I am wondering why there are 6 fields in the Inter PN Index, the book says there should be only 5 fields why does this system have 6?

I see that this is the 4th field refers to "number of PNs affected by SNI peer link faults for SNIs connected to EIs"
This switch has had a few PNC problems in the past
