Inter-digit Dialing Timer!

Greetings Gentlemen,


I received a complaint from a customer pertaining to how quickly the telephone system ( IPO 400 v 5.0.26 ) will give her a busy if she is slow getting her number dialed.

Of course the system is too fast; I never have a problem but the customer is always right! Is there a way to change the inter-digit dial timer?
