Does anyone know a way to specify a certain "sender" email address so that any email from this specific address bypasses the intelligent message filter?
Our corporate website is set up to take job applications from the web. We get an email (with a PDF application attachment) from "onlineapp@xxxxxxxxxx.xxx" for every application taken online.
For some unknown reason the I.M.F. is rejecting some of these canned email messages and some others are getting through. The email messages are exactly the same, except for the content of the PDF. Is I.M.F. smart enough to look inside the PDF and block the email because of something it sees inside the PDF?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
