when I try to login to ICC I get AGENTS FULL??????
No one is logged in
I removed all data and reinstalled to no avail
I even did a Cold reset and reentered all data
Any ideas PLSE>
 
What version of BCM?
What ICC package did you purchase?
How many skillsets, and how many agents?

NCSS, NCDS, NCTS
 
did you assign the 2 agents to the skillset? Do your keycodes say you have 1 skillset and 2 agents?
 
Do you have 3 different type of keycodes? one should be be for skillset,another one for agents and the last one for the icc itself.
 
only one Keycode is needed
If you go under KEYCODES in the BCM50 programming you will see 1 skillset,2 agents
The agents are assigned to the skillset
 
You really need 3 type of keycodes to build a call center.
1 for the ICC,one for skillset(s) and 1 for agent(s). You probably have it installed but don't know.Check under Keycodes,you definitely need the ICC one.

you are referring to AUTORIZATION CODES
1 Keycode is all you need from keycode retrieval site

By default, when activated, the ICC has two agents and one skillset, but no reporting features.

This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.


 
I do not require reports
This senario is just a queue setup for 3 businesses on 1 skillset
The caller gets an on hold greeting and the agent will logon or logoff with a 20 second break time.
I setup the BCM50 3.0 at the service centre,power down and set the system back up at the customer's site
The agents are logged off before powering down
After I power up at the customer's site I get AGENTS FULL when I try to LOGON.
 
By keycodes i meant "options". I guess my french thinking translating in english writing is not that great...!
