IntelliCenter Programming Reference Manual

Does anyone know of a decent reference manual for developing ACD routing using IntelliCenter? The online help is not very detailed and does not contain examples.

Your system should have came with a manual on a CD. If you dont have one you could order one from your Intellicenter ACD vender in your area. Need more information as to what you want to do as far as routing day and nite, and if you already have pilots, agents, and anouncments built.

Thanks talads. The Fujitsu F9600 and adjuncts were installed at this site many years ago and the IntelliCenter CD cannot be found. Also, there is no service contract so I'm not sure who I can contact. I was hoping that the IntelliCenter manual(s) might be publicly available in PDF format on a web site somewhere.

I am looking for some examples, best practices, etc. regarding Route Table Content. Although I have setup a few and they are working, I felt the manual might provide some insight into improving the call flows.

Can you tell me specifically what IntelliCenter manual titles I should order?

It depends on what sotfware release you have 4.1, 6.1 etc.
order the documentation CD.Call 1800-654-0715 Altura Comm.
and they could help you with documentation.

At the place where I work they are still using v2.0 and all they have is the Agent user guide and the Supervisor/Administrator manual, not the system manual that I can find. Any help would be appreciated.

You said you have the Supy/Admin Manual.
Chapter 7 of the 2.0 manual has all the configuration info.
Specifically pg 7-27 starts the route table content info.
